As the founder of RE/FORM Architects, I'm Pailin Horam, a Registered Architect in Victoria.
Growing up without a permanent place to call home shaped the way I see architecture. It taught me that a home is more than a building, it's safety, belonging and the foundation for a better future.
That experience inspired me to create RE/FORM Architects: a practice built on the belief that architecture should do more. Not only to design beautiful spaces, but to protect, uplift and give back to the communities we serve.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
THE STORY BEHIND RE/FORM
Architecture has the power to shape more than buildings. It shapes the way we live, connect and experience the world around us.
RE/FORM Architects was founded on the belief that great architecture should do more. More than create beautiful spaces. More than solve practical problems. It should improve lives, strengthen communities and leave a lasting, positive impact.
As a Registered Architect in Victoria, I have worked across residential, commercial and multi-residential projects, gaining experience from concept design through to construction. Throughout that journey, one belief has remained constant: every project carries a responsibility to the people who will live, work and grow within it.
RE/FORM represents three guiding principles:
Redesign: Creating thoughtful spaces that respond to the way people live.
Recover: Supporting communities to rebuild after hardship with resilience and care.
Rescue: For every completed project, we give back to organisations supporting people experiencing homelessness. While we're creating your dream home, you're helping provide hope, support and a pathway towards a place to call home for someone in need.
This is more than a design practice.
It's a commitment to using architecture as a force for positive change.
